Terms of Service

1. The service

Tapmivo lets you build link-in-bio pages and small websites, take enquiries, see analytics, and optionally make your page available to AI tools. Building and previewing is free; publishing a page requires a paid plan or an active trial.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give accurate information.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once about unauthorised use.
• If you invite teammates to a workspace, you're responsible for what they do there.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
• Trials last 14 days and need a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. One trial per customer.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, your pages stay live for a 7-day grace period. After that, pages are unpublished, but your content is kept and comes back when you pay.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on Tapmivo. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, cache and transmit it only as needed to run the service, including showing your published page to visitors and, if you turn on AI visibility, sharing the fields you choose with AI tools.

You confirm you have the rights to your content and that it follows our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Safety reviews and enforcement

We check links and content to protect visitors. Links may be held for review before they appear. If content breaks our policies, we may remove a link, request changes, disable a page or suspend an account. We'll tell you why when we can, and you can ask for a review from your Account status page; a different reviewer decides appeals.

6. Enquiries and visitor data

If you use the enquiry form, you're responsible for how you use the contact details visitors send you: use them only to reply to that enquiry, and follow the data protection laws that apply to you.

7. AI tools and integrations

AI visibility is off by default. Connection tokens you create act with your permissions; keep them secret and revoke them if they leak. AI tools are run by third parties, and we're not responsible for how they use or present information.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using Tapmivo and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Some records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Tapmivo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
